Mens and womens clothing boutique, de•fine, is a culmination of ideas intended on bringing "the know" to New Jersey. To stand out from the crowd, de•fine focuses on interesting décor, good music, high end clothing options with reasonable alternatives, and staying open late.

Collaborating on this project are several dynamic individuals from a range of backgrounds. Combined partner credentials consist of 30+ years in various retail and marketing, notably as a buyer for multiple New York City clothing boutiques, a former buyer and production manager for a major national retailer, a former store visual designer for Calvin Klein (New York / Miami), as well as an extensive family history in private retail and international garment manufacturing. Additional partner experience includes the managing partners of the prominent Hoboken lounge-NINE, 15+ years of New York City nightlife know-how (manager / promoter / DJ), and 10+ years of management level 5-diamond restaurant and hotel hospitality.

de•fine is located on the 600 block of Hoboken's Washington Street, positioned conveniently from both ends of town. Once in front, the modestly gated entrance leads to a sophisticated interior that was architecturally designed and constructed to enhance the shopping experience.
